How do I use a tool?

What file types are supported?

Each tool has its own supported formats and limits. Check the instructions on its page before selecting files. This homepage does not open or process files.

What happens to my search?

Search filters the All tools directory in your browser. Queries are kept in the URL fragment, which is not sent to the server but may remain in your browser history. We do not save searches in cookies or browser storage.

Can I combine search and categories?

Yes. In All tools, choose a category to narrow your search. Clear filters to start again. Without JavaScript, you can still browse every category and directory page using the links.
